Refund Policy

We have a NO return policy, which means you cannot return your item at this time due to COVID-19. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or the wrong size.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
